Dr. Hilario, currently teaching at an all-through school in Leeds, is an author and former Headteacher with extensive experience at all levels of educational leadership, has recently completed his Ed.D in Ethical Leadership at a leading UK university. Hilario Garcia Ostos will lead school leaders through an in-depth exploration of ethical leadership in a plenary session.
