We have two exciting opportunities to join the staff team at Emmaus School.

We have a vacancy for an experienced KS1 teacher (3 days per week, job share) and a Clerk to the Governors (part-time, flexible hours). The latter vacancy is a few hours per month, so may suit someone with other part-time work . Salaries for both roles depend on qualifications, skills and experience.

For the Teaching role we are looking for candidates with: a teaching qualification; experience and enthusiasm ; excellent administrative and organisational skills; classroom management skills; willingness to develop professionally; commitment to safeguarding of children; and awareness of health and safety at school.

For the Clerk to Governors role we are looking for candidates with: excellent administrative, organisational and communication skills; understanding of the role of school Governors and the Clerk and excellent IT skills especially experience of using Microsoft 365. Commitment to the Christian ethos of the school is essential for both roles.
